The Rewaco HS5 Chopper is designed to carry up to 3-Persons in style. Professionally designed from the ground up, the Rewaco HS5 is based around an all new steel fabricated, powder coated chassis, with a centrally located 38 Litre fuel tank. The Rewaco HS5 now sports our New Titan Trikes Sportsline Front Fork, complete with CNC Machined Billet Aluminum Main Sections, Large Diameter Highly Polished Stainless Steel Down tubes and a responsive Bilstein Shock Absorber!

Powered by our All NEW Custom Built REWACO 1776cc Flat-4 Air Cooled Engine and driving through our New Rancho Performance SR3 4-Speed Transmission (assembled in Anaheim, USA) - the Rewaco HS5 Trikes are true performers. Improve the performance of your trike with Titan Trikes 2276cc engine upgrade. This upgrade increases horsepower and torque. The upgrade builds on our super strong 1776cc engine with upgraded components in all key areas. The 2276cc displacement is achieved by increasing the stroke of the crankshaft from 69mm to 82mm and by increasing the piston bore to 94mm from 90.5mm.

• STROKER Crankshaft. Custom 82mm Stroke with Chevy Con-rod Journals. Forged from 4340 Chromoly Steel. Heat Treated, Magna-fluxed, shot peened, bearing surfaces nitride, micro-polished, cross drilled, dynamic balancing, chamfered oil holes and eight dowel pins (extra long).
• Forged 4340 Chromoly H-Beam Rods with Chevy con-rod journals, high strength ARP 200,000 PSI con-rod bolts and Chevy conrod bearings. H-Beam Rods are balanced and pre-clearenced.
• Forged 94mm Pistons with B-Style gudgeon pin position.
• Thick Wall Barrels cast from high quality ductile iron specifically for the larger bore 94mm pistons. Each barrel is precision honed with a cross-hatch pattern for optimum lubrication and sealing.
• Large bore dual EMPI HPMX 44mm IDF carburetors. Larger bore carburetors are matched to the engines displacement providing excellent performance.

Upgrade your ignition system to the Compufire Dual Coil DIS-IX Ignition System and enjoy immediate improvement to the bottom and mid-end performance of your engine. This hi-performance ignition system was designed for the Baja 5000 Race and has proven to be a real performer. The Dual Coils produce over 60,000 volts, ensuring a good clean spark at any engine speed, significantly improving performance at the lower and mid engine speeds. The DIS-IX ignition systems also incorporates “WASTED-Spark” into the design, this system fires the spark plug on both the combustion stroke and the exhaust stroke, the firing of the spark plug on the exhaust stroke cleans the spark plug, ready for the next combustion stroke. This upgrade is highly recommended.
